Kellee Waters – The Mind and Body Architect

In today’s society where everything is focused on body-image and size and the next quick fix for health and weight loss is the key to happiness – Kellee Waters delivers a philosophy with a difference:

Happiness and the miracle fix for life cannot be found in a number, a size or a shape. Happiness comes from within! The only person who can improve your life is you!

Kellee understands this intimately! For much of Kellee’s life she believed that her size, shape and weight determined her happiness, success and inner peace. How wrong she wasthese things only cause self-loathing, sense of failure and internal turmoil. It wasn’t until she realised that she was causing her own pain and how to change it – she had to FACE HERSELF and heal the true reasons underlying all of her disordered eating, weight and body-image issues. Once she had the courage to do this, she found true self-acceptance, body acceptance, happiness and inner peace.

For Kellee Waters, helping people is more than just a profession – it’s a personal mission! Once Kellee finally broke free from her own 34 year history with Eating & Weight Disorders and body-image issues, she formalised the processes and steps she used and then introduce the Integrative (Neuro-Bio-Psycho-Social) Concepts into her practice. In Clinical practice, these concepts have not only helped people with Eating & Weight Disorders but also improving:

  • Chronic Illness,
  • Overall Health and Well-being,
  • Healing Unresolved Grief & Loss and Trauma, and
  • Reducing Anxiety, Stress and Depression.

Kellee wrote a simple 5 step plan to start people on the road to improving their Eating & Weight Disorders: Food Addiction Therapy: The Simple Eating Plan. The book (available in eBook or hard copy) walks people through understanding the basic concepts of psychology, food, and brain chemistry connected to Eating & Weight Disorders like emotional eating, stress eating, binge eating, night-time eating and food addiction.
