In today’s society where everything is focused on body-image and size and the next quick fix for health and weight loss is the key to happiness – Kellee Waters delivers a philosophy with a difference:
Happiness and the miracle fix for life cannot be found in a number, a size or a shape. Happiness comes from within! The only person who can improve your life is you!
Kellee understands this intimately! For much of Kellee’s life she believed that her size, shape and weight determined her happiness, success and inner peace. How wrong she was – these things only cause self-loathing, sense of failure and internal turmoil. It wasn’t until she realised that she was causing her own pain and how to change it – she had to FACE HERSELF and heal the true reasons underlying all of her disordered eating, weight and body-image issues. Once she had the courage to do this, she found true self-acceptance, body acceptance, happiness and inner peace.
For Kellee Waters, helping people is more than just a profession – it’s a personal mission! The direction of practice has ultimately aligned with her own personal journey with Eating & Weight Disorders and body image. She has helped countless people to improve their lives over the past 12 years. You can read Kellee’s personal story here.
Once Kellee finally broke free from her own 34 year history with Eating & Weight Disorders and body-image issues, she formalised the processes and steps she used and then introduce the Integrative (Neuro-Bio-Psycho-Social) Concepts into her practice.
