Most of your self-esteem and self-worth is related to your relationship with food and your body , and this affects all aspects of your life including:

- Activities you engage in.
Your current eating behaviours, patterns and cycles cause you emotional distress including:

Conventional weight loss programs such as shake diets, fad diets, and 12-week exercise and weight loss challenges, are quick fixes and will only exacerbate the issues.
They do not address the underlying issues that are causing your negative relationship with yourself, your body and food. They will ONLY push you deeper and deeper into unhealthy behaviours, patterns and cycles.
There is nothing wrong with you!
